To obtain warranty service contact Hesu via email or phone. Start from data of purchase and next describe us the nature of the problem. Then we will give You an information where You should send the cable (Or we will give You an address of the nearest Warranty Service)
A replacement or repaired cable will be returned to the purchaser at Hesu’s expense when deemed appropriate.

Warranty does not include damages caused by inappropriate usage, mechanical damages, malfunctions of an audio equipment, contact with solvent chemicals or any kind of modifications.
If our service decides that the repair isn’t covered under waranty, Hesu team will contact You to discuss repair possibilities.
Return Policy: HESU is not responsible for, and will not return cables that are made per transaction on website and ordered incorrectly by purchaser – as an example: lengths miscalculated by customer. We also do not accept returns because cable does “sound” as expected. All sales are final as they are custom made to order each time. All returns for warranty service require must include copy of receipt and note stating nature of service required. Warranty service ONLY applies to original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Warranty service returns sent without copy of receipt, and note will NOT be processed.

Your complaint will be considered during 14 days (14 working days) starting from the day that we had received the cable.
