Kit Tang, born in 1984 in Hong Kong picked up a guitar for the first time at the age of 10 after he watched the videos of Bon Jovi, and since that day has never stop playing! To begin with, he was self-taught, learning everything by ear and from listening and watching videos of his guitar heroes Paul Gilbert, Steve Vai, Andy Timmons, Yngwie Malmsteen. From there he took what he had learned and developed his own techniques and style of music.
After high school, Kit decided to take music more seriously. Aged 19, he attended a music program at Selkirk College in Nelson, BC Canada and also went to study Sound Engineering at Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology in London Ontario, Canada. Learning under renowned professionals such as Bob Breen (former Studio manager of the Ocean Studios Burbank). In 2007, he moved back to Hong Kong and started his career as a professional sound engineer.
In 2015, Kit joined force with Jamtrackcentral.com and recently he also works as a studio session guitar player, composer, and a music arranger with the local singers and artists from TV jingles to movie music.
